NOTICE: Please be advised that a roofing project will begin in late April and is expected to last around two months. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. Paradise Beach Club 103 is a spacious ground floor oceanfront unit. Enjoy the stunning views of the ocean and the convenience of a ground floor unit located right on the beach! You can’t get any closer to the beach!
Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
