In most parts of the world, summer seems to end sooner every year, and for those who love the season, it can be a melancholy time when fall steps up to plate. In Cocoa Beach, however, summer stands strong year round, and if beach days, family barbecues, and seafood dinners sounds like something you would enjoy when September 22nd rolls around (the official first day of fall), why not consider a vacation in Florida to celebrate the season you love? We at Stay In Cocoa Beach would love to have you explore the comforts of our seasonal sanctuaries, and this guide to some of our favorite Cocoa Beach FL events in fall will help you fill all the moments you aren’t relaxing at home with us or hanging out at the beach with fun, excitement, and an authentic taste of what makes Cocoa Beach tick.

Welcome the new season with pride—the 2024 Pride Festival + Parade, that is! Everyone is welcome to join the party, offering a fabulous time for all who attend. The parade of color, music, people, and sporty cars winds along Hickory Street and E New Haven Avenue, and once the parade has ended, the festival begins. 59th Annual Space Coast Art Festival, October 12th & 13th, The Avenue Viera

When October rolls around, we can’t help but want to spend as much time as possible outside. For some reason, it also brings the artists to the towns that surround us, showing off their talents in festivals such as the Space Coast Art Festival, making its 59th appearance in Melbourne. It’s held at the Avenue Viera, one of our favorite outdoor malls, and offers two days of art, food, and shopping experiences. The Student Art Show segment of the festival will astound you when you see all the talent the youngsters bring to the table, and when you finish shopping for art, you can take some time to explore the shops at the Avenue Viera. Everyone loves a good souvenir, and the masterpieces found at this Space Coast event will help bring the beauty of Florida into your home, serving as souvenirs that you will smile at every time you catch sight of them when your vacation in paradise comes to its natural conclusion.
