- 3) Our external doors make the process of entering and exiting the unit safer than the many entryways and points of contact that a hotel would provide. There are no internal communal hallways.

- 4) The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival, however, there is no daily housekeeping, so guests and cleaners will not come into contact with one another during your stay.

In addition, we have adapted our cleaning procedures to align with the CDC recommendations to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is met for you and your family during your stay. This includes:
Top grade disinfectant: We are using CDC recommended cleaning solutions during the sanitization process to protect against bacteria, viruses and other germs.
Sanitizing high-touch surfaces: Even the most out-of-reach surfaces are being sanitized to achieve cleanliness in all areas of the units including light switches, remotes, handles, faucets etc.
Cleaners wearing gloves and masks: Our cleaners are required to adhere to proper safety protocol while wearing gloves and masks (disposing and replacing when necessary) as well as required to wash hands frequently.
